2.1 Application & Acceptance
Any user accessing, browsing, consulting, ordering, or purchasing products on this website shall be deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all Terms of Service. User activities constitute formal recognition of this online service agreement.
These terms apply to all domestic and cross-border transactions of industrial equipment, commercial supplies, agricultural machinery, and supporting accessories on this website.
2.2 Product Information Disclaimer
- Due to a wide range of product categories, diverse models, customizable specifications, and varying industry application standards, all webpage displays including pictures, parameters, performance, dimensions, power, and applicable scenarios serve only as reference templates.
- Minor differences, parameter updates, model iterations, or configuration upgrades between webpage content and physical products do not constitute merchant breach of contract. Final product standards, customization solutions, and application requirements are subject to confirmed written records via customer service communication.
- Users must verify product models, specifications, functions, working conditions, and local usage standards with customer service before purchase. Any incompatibility issues arising from failure to confirm in advance shall be borne solely by the buyer.
2.3 Payment Terms (Fixed Settlement Rule)
To ensure transaction safety for both parties, all orders strictly adopt a unified payment method: 50% deposit + 50% balance before shipment
- After order confirmation, the buyer shall pay 50% of the total order amount as production/stock deposit. We will reserve inventory, arrange production scheduling, and prepare raw materials.
- After production and preparation are completed, the buyer shall settle the remaining 50% balance before shipment. We will then arrange packaging and delivery.
- Failure to pay the balance within the agreed time shall be regarded as voluntary order abandonment. The paid deposit will be used to deduct production, material, and labor losses and will not be refunded.
- All quotations exclude international logistics fees, tariffs, customs clearance fees, and taxes. All such expenses shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise confirmed in customer service records.
2.4 Order Modification & Cancellation
- Modifications to product models, specifications, customization requirements, or shipping information are only allowed before production starts. No modifications are permitted once production or material procurement has commenced.
- Unilateral order cancellation or goods rejection by the buyer without quality grounds will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The buyer shall also bear relevant logistics and loss costs.
- If we fail to deliver goods according to confirmed standards due to our reasons, all paid deposits and balances will be fully refunded.
2.5 User Code of Conduct
- Users are prohibited from fake transactions, malicious orders, image infringement, unauthorized content use, and malicious defamation.
- Buyers must comply with local and international trade laws. Any illegal use of products shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
- All website images, product data, videos, and copywriting are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized tampering or misuse is prohibited, and we reserve all rights of legal recourse.
2.6 Website Rights
We reserve the right to optimize, update, or adjust website products, functions, and services at any time. We may intercept, cancel, or block malicious orders and non-compliant user behaviors without prior notice.
